Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister for Primary Industries, has made the following Regulation under the Fisheries Management Act 1994.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to update the species of fish that are specified as noxious fish
in the Fisheries Management Act 1994.
This Regulation is made under the Fisheries Management Act 1994, including section 209A.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Fisheries Management Amendment (Noxious
Fish) Regulation 2010.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 April 2010 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
