Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister for Primary Industries, has made the following Regulation under the Fisheries Management Act 1994.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to add to the list of Class A declared diseases affecting fish and marine vegetation under the Fisheries Management Act 1994 (being diseases that are the subject of various offences under the Act and in relation to which the Minister may declare a quarantine area).

This Regulation is made under the Fisheries Management Act 1994, including sections 182 (3) and 289 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
