Fisheries Management Amendment New South Wales

Act 2001—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation appoint:

(a)	14 December 2001 as the day on which that Act commences (except as provided by paragraphs (b) and (c)), and
(b)	1 January 2003 as the day on which Schedule 1 [4], [5] and [25] to the Act commences, and
(c)	31 March 2002 as the day on which Schedule 1 [10] and [11] to the Act commences.
