His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Fisheries Management Act 1994.

Explanatory note
Fisheries Management (General)

The object of this Regulation is to amend the section 289 (the general regulation-making power).

Regulation 1995 to abolish the Advisory Council on Fisheries Research.

Regulation 2000

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Fisheries Management (General) Amendment
(Advisory Council on Fishery Research) Regulation 2000.

2 Amendment of Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 1995

The Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 1995 is amended by omitting clauses 229C (c) and 229F.
