Fisheries Levy (Western Deep-water Trawl Fishery) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

Amount of levy

Regulation 4 of the Fisheries Levy (Western Deep-water Trawl Fishery) Regulations is amended by omitting “$980” and substituting “$3,700”.
