1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998.
