1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1).

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998

1  Subregulations 4(1) and (2)

Omit “$3 359.52 plus $23.75”, substitute “$3 766.54 plus $25.63”.

2  Subregulations 4(3) to (5)

Omit “23.75”, substitute “$25.63”.
