Dated 19 February 1990.

Regulation 4 of the Fisheries Levy (Southern Shark Fishery) Regulations is amended:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) “$350” and substituting “$570”; and
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) “$350” and substituting “$570”.
