Fisheries Levy (Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Fisheries Levy (Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of “boat”.

Repeal

3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is repealed.

Amounts of levy

4. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting subregulation (1);

(b) by omitting from subregulations (2) and (3) “$72” and substituting “$94”.
