Fisheries Levy
(Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery) Regulations2 (Amendment)

the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act
1984.

Amounts of levy
1. Regulation 6 of the
Fisheries Levy (Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery) Regulations is amended by
omitting from subregulations (1), (2) and (3) “$49.54” and substituting “$72”.
Application
2. The amendments effected
by regulation 1 apply in relation to the grant of a licence, the allocation of
a prescribed unit of fishing capacity or the renewal of the allocation of a
prescribed unit of fishing capacity, as the case may be, granted, allocated or
renewed, as the case may be, in respect of the period of one year commencing on
1 October 1987.
