I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 June 1991.

2. Amendment

2.1 The Fisheries Levy (South Western Sector Trawl Fishery) Regulations

are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 2 (Interpretation)

3.1 Definition of “notice”:

Omit the definition, substitute:

“‘notice’ means Fisheries Notice No. SET 2 made by the Minister on 7

February 1991 under subsection 8 (1) of the Fisheries Act 1952, notice of which was published in the Gazette on 20 February 1991.”.

4. Regulation 4 (Amount of levy)

4.1 Omit “$14.74”, substitute “$26”.
