Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

Amounts of levy

Regulation 4 of the Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) “$27.90” and substituting “$60.46”;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) “$27.90” and substituting “$32.56”.
