Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

Amounts of levy

Regulation 4 of the Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) “$60.46” and substituting “$90.60”;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) “$32.56” and substituting “$30.14”.
