Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery)

Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

   

2.   Regulation 4 (Amounts of levy)

2.1   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit “$90.60”, substitute “$57.14”.

 

2.2   Subregulation 4 (2):

Omit “$30.14”, substitute “$27.00”.
