Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  

2.   Amounts of levy

2.1   Omit from the table the amounts set out in Column 4 of Items 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10, substitute “$8.50”, “$17.00”, “$8.50”, “$17.00” and “$17.00” respectively.
