Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 4 (Amount of levy)

2.1   Omit “14 July in a year and ending at the end of 13 December in the year is $ 23.50.”, substitute “14 December in a calendar year and ending on 13 July in the following calendar year is $ 44.75.”.
