Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 May 1990.

Amounts of levy

2. The Table in regulation 4 of the Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting “1 May”, “31 August”, “1 September” and “30 April” (wherever occurring) and substituting “1 June”, “31 October”, “1 November” and “31 May” respectively;

(b) by omitting “17.60”, “17”, “27.60” and “27” (wherever occurring) and substituting “23.90”, “0”, “33.90” and “0” respectively.
