Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Fisheries Levy (Northern Prawn Fishery) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 4 (Amount of levy)

2.1   Omit “the period beginning on 14 July 1994 and ending at the end of 13 December 1994 is $34.40.”, substitute “the period beginning on 14 December 1994 and ending at the end of 2 February 1995 is $52.45.”.
