I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

Amount of levy

Regulation 3 of the Fisheries Levy (North West Shelf Deep-Water Trawl Fishery) Regulations is amended by omitting “$1,670” and substituting “$3,100”.
