Fisheries Levy (Gemfish Fishery) Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Fisheries Levy (Gemfish Fishery) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

     

2.   Regulation 2 (Interpretation)

2.1   Omit the definition of “plan of management”, substitute:

“‘plan of management’ means the Gemfish Fishery Management Plan determined by the Minister on 7 June 1991 under subsection 7B (1) of the Fisheries Act 1952 and notified in the Gazette on 13 June 1991;”.

  

3.   Regulation 4 (Amount of levy)

3.1   Omit “13.5”, substitute “35”.
