PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FISHERIES REGULATION 1995 2 Regulation amended in part 2 This part amends the Fisheries Regulation 1995. 3 Insertion of new pt 5A After section 25B— insert — ‘PART 5A—DECLARED DISEASES ‘25C Declared diseases—Act, s 94 Each bacteria, fungus, parasite or virus in schedule 5 is declared to be a declared disease for the Act.’. 4 Amendment of s 41 (Fishery symbols to be written on authorities) Section 41(1), example, from ‘(ocean beach)’— omit, insert — ‘(East Coast No. 2), the chief executive must write ‘N8’ on the authority.’.
