1   Short title

This declaration may be cited as the Fisheries (Hammerhead Sharks) Amendment Declaration 2022.

2   Commencement

This declaration commences on 1 July 2022.

3   Declaration amended

This declaration amends the Fisheries Declaration 2019.

4   Amendment of sch 2 (Regulated fish declarations)

Schedule 2, part 2, entry for hammerhead shark, sixth row—
omit, insert—

F a form other than— (a)  the whole fish with fins naturally attached; or (b)  trunked or gutted with fins naturally attached a person possessing the fish, taken for trade or commerce, on a boat
