This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries (Freshwater) Management Amendment Plan (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Plan amended 2. This plan amends the Fisheries (Freshwater) Management Plan 1999 . ˙ Amendment of s 12 (Barwon, Dumaresq and Macintyre rivers) 3. Section 12, ‘and waterways joining them’— omit . ˙ Amendment of s 45 (Prohibition on using fishing line or set line without permit) 4. Section 45— insert— ‘ (2) Subsection 1 does not apply to a person under 18 years.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 8 (Aids to interpretation and definitions) 5.(1) Schedule 8, section 9(1), ‘Storm King Dam’ and ‘North Pine Dam (Lake Samsonvale)’— omit . (2) Schedule 8, section 9(1), after ‘Bill Gunn Dam (Lake Dyer)’— insert — ‘Lake Clarendon’. (3) Schedule 8, section 9(1), after ‘Wuruma Dam’— insert— ‘Fred Haigh Dam (Lake Monduran)’.
