Fisheries Act 1995

Fisheries (Fees and Levies) Regulations 2000

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
certain fees and levies under the Fisheries

Regulations 1998.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 153 of the Fisheries Act 1995.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 April

2000.

4. Fees increased

In regulations 605(2), 605(3), 611(2), 614 and 624 of the Fisheries Regulations 19981, for "$31" substitute "$32".

5. Amendment of regulation 622

In regulation 622 of the Fisheries Regulations

1998, for "$168" substitute "$172".

6. Amendment of regulation 625

In regulation 625 of the Fisheries Regulations

1998—

(a)

for "$94" (where twice occurring) substitute "$96";

(b) for "$246" substitute "$252".

7. New Schedule 12 substituted

For Schedule 12 to the Fisheries Regulations 1998 substitute—
