Fisheries Act 1995

Fisheries (Fees and Levies) Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
certain fees and levies under the Fisheries

Regulations 1998.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 153 of the Fisheries Act 1995.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 April

1999.

4. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Fisheries Regulations
19981 are called Principal Regulations.

Fisheries (Fees and Levies) Regulations 1999

5. Fees increased

In regulations 605(2), 605(3), 611(2), 614 and 624 of the Principal Regulations, for "$30" substitute "$31".

6. Amendment of regulation 622

In regulation 622 of the Principal Regulations, for

"$163" substitute "$168".

7. Amendment of regulation 625

In regulation 625 of the Principal Regulations—

(a)

for "$91" (wherever occurring) substitute "$94";

(b) for "$238" substitute "$246".

8. New Schedule 12 substituted

For Schedule 12 to the Principal Regulations substitute—
