1   Short title

This plan may be cited as the Fisheries (East Coast Trawl) (Scallops) Amendment Management Plan 2016 .

2   Plan amended

This plan amends the Fisheries (East Coast Trawl) Management Plan 2010 .

3   Amendment of s 10 (Declaration and regulation of east coast trawl fishery waters)
