Fisheries (East Coast Trawl) Amendment Management Plan (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This management plan may be cited as the Fisheries (East Coast Trawl) Amendment Management Plan (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Commencement The following provisions commence on 13 December 2008— • sections 5 to 11 • section 14 • section 16(3), to the extent it omits the definitions first regulated period and second regulated period . 3 Management plan amended This management plan amends the Fisheries (East Coast Trawl) Management Plan 1999. 4 Amendment of s 8 (What is a permitted fish ) Section 8— insert— ‘(j) slipper lobster.’. 5 Replacement of s 14 (Regulated periods for div 1) Section 14— omit, insert— ‘14 Regulated period for div 1 ‘For this division, the regulated period is from midday on 20 September to midday on 1 November.’. 6 Amendment of s 15 (Prohibited activities) Section 15, ‘a regulated’— 2008 SL No. 385 Page 3
