Part 1    Preliminary

1   Short title

This quota declaration may be cited as the Fisheries (Coral Reef Fin Fish) Quota Declaration 2015.

2   Commencement

Part 2 commences on 1 July 2015.

Part 2    Annual quota

3   Annual quota for reef line commercial fishery—Act, s 44

(1)For a line year—

(a)the annual quota of regulated coral trout that may be taken from the reef line commercial fishery under all CT line units is 1,163t; and

(b)the annual quota of redthroat emperor that may be taken from the reef line commercial fishery under all RTE line units is 610.88t; and

(c)the annual quota of other regulated coral reef fin fish that may be taken from the reef line commercial fishery under all OS line units is 955.597t.

(2)In this section—
