Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Amendment Regulation 2022 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Amendment Regulation 2022.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Regulation 2019.

3   Amendment of sch 4, pt 2 (Net fishery (east coast no. 1))

Each of the following provisions is amended by omitting ‘1.25mm’ and inserting ‘1.85mm’—

•schedule 4, section 43(2)(c) and (3)(b)

•schedule 4, section 45(2)(c) and (3)(b)

•schedule 4, section 48(a)(ii).

4   Amendment of sch 4, pt 3 (Net fishery (east coast no. 2))

(1)Each of the following provisions is amended by omitting ‘178mm’ and inserting ‘215mm’—

•schedule 4, section 63(1)(b)(i)

•schedule 4, section 64(4)(b)

•schedule 4, section 67(1)(b).

(2)Each of the following provisions is amended by omitting ‘1.25mm’ and inserting ‘1.85mm’—

•schedule 4, section 63(1)(c)

•schedule 4, section 64(4)(c)

•schedule 4, section 67(1)(c).
