Fisheries (Commercial) (Bream) Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to ensure the
long term sustainability of bream stocks in

Victoria.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 81 of the Fisheries Act 1968.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on
1 October 1997.

4.  Increase in size limit for bream taken from Victorian waters

In the Table in regulation 43 of the Fisheries
(Commercial) Regulations 19921 for—
