JAMES FINDLAY, I Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority, make the following direction under s41A of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

1. Citation
This Direction may be cited as Fisheries Closures (Saving) Direction 2011.
2. Commencement
This Direction commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3. Direction
Fishing is not to be engaged as directed by each of the Directions specified in the Schedule, which continue in force under section 41A of the Fisheries Management Act 1991, according to their terms.
