s1 2 s4 Fisheries (Asian Green Mussels) Disease and No. 72, 2002 Quarantine Amendment Declaration (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This declaration may be cited as the Fisheries (Asian Green Mussels) Disease and Quarantine Amendment Declaration (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Declaration amended This declaration amends the Fisheries (Asian Green Mussels) Disease and Quarantine Declaration 2002. 3 Amendment of s 6 (Restrictions on movement of vessels) (1) Section 6(1)— omit, insert — ‘ (1) A person must not, without an inspector’s written consent— (a) moor or anchor a vessel in the declared quarantine area; or (b) move a vessel out of the declared quarantine area.’. (2) Section 6(3)— omit. (3) Section 6(4), ‘However, subsection (3)’— omit, insert — ‘Subsection (1)(a)’. (4) Section 6(4)— renumber as section 6(3). 4 Amendment of s 8 (Keeping vessel out of water if infested) (1) Section 8(2), definition “antifouled”, ‘National Registration Authority’— omit, insert — ‘NRA’.
