I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLA , Governor of the State of New South Wales, with. the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Fisheries and Oyster Farms (Advisory Council) Amendment Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 28 January 1991 as the day on which that Act (the provisions of Schedule I (3), and section 3 in its application to those provisions excepted) commences.
