The Regulation under the Fisheries and Oyster Farms Act 1935 published in Government Gazette No. 51 of 20 April 1990 at page 3233 was published in error and has no effect.

The Regulation under the Fisheries and Oyster Farms Act 1935 published in Government Gazette No. 51 of 20 April 1990 at page 3234 was published in error and has no effect.

The purported Regulation under the Fisheries and Oyster Farms Act 1935 published in Government Gazette No. 49 of 12 April 1990 at page 3068 was made and published in error, has no effect and is hereby cancelled.
