FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 9) 1992

Made by Deputy of the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

(No. 9) 1992.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Fisheries Regulations 1938* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 3AB amended
3. Regulation 3AB of the principal regulations is amended in the Schedule —

in Part A, by inserting after the item commencing "Cherabin" the

(a) following item —

Chinaman cod (Epinephelus rivulatus) 8

and

in Part B Division 1, in the item commencing "Cod", by deleting

(b) "(Serranidae family)" and substituting the following —

(Serranidae family other than Chinaman

cod (Epinephelus rivulatus))

Regulation 12ED amended
4. Regulation 12ED of the principal regulations is amended —

in Table 1, in the item commencing "Cods", by deleting "(Serranidae

(a) family)" and substituting the following —

(Serranidae family other than Chinaman

cod (Epinephelus rivulatus))

and

(b) in Table 2 —
(i) by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical position, the
following items —

Chinaman cod (Epinephelus rivulatus)
either taken or landed ashore east
of 114° 06' east longitude
5) ;
(Vlamingh Head) 8

and

DP;

Ctt

Oysters (Ostreidae family) 2 litres

and

(ii) by deleting the items commencing "Cockle (Ark shell)", "Venus

clams" and "All other species".

Regulation 15A amended

5. Regulation 15A of the principal regulations is amended by repealing
subregulation (3a).
