FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 9) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations
(No. 9) 1991.
Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 1991.
Regulation 3AB amended
3. Regulation 3AB of the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended —
(a) in subregulation (3) (b) by deleting "item 1" and substituting the
following —it

(b) in subregulation (4a) by deleting "item 2" and substituting the
following —
Division 3 "; and
(c) by repealing the Schedule and substituting the following
