FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 9) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

(No. 9) 1990.

Schedule to Regulation 3AB amended

2. The Schedule to regulation 3AB of the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is

amended—

(a) in Part A—

(i) by deleting "Mackerel whether Spanish Mackerel (Cybium

commersoni)," and substituting the following—

Mackerel whether Spanish Mackerel (Scomberomorus

commerson), ";

(ii) by deleting "Prawns (Family Penaeinae)" and substituting the

following—

" Prawns (Family Penaeidae) ";

(iii) by deleting "Salmon, Australian (Arripis truttar and substitut-

ing the following—

(iv) by deleting "Tailor (Pomatomus saltator)" and substituting the

following—

Tailor (Pomatomus saltatrix) ";

and

(v) in the item commencing "Trout" by deleting "Rainbow Trout

(Salmo gairdnerii)" and substituting the following—

Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) ";

and

(b) in Part B by deleting "Coral Trout (Plectropoma spp.)" and substituting the following—

Coral Trout (Plectropomus spp.) ".
