Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations
(No. 7) 1992 .
Commencement
.
2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1992
Schedule amended
Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended -
3. The Schedule to the
-
(a) by deleting items 1 and 2 and substituting the following items 66
1. Fishing boat licence (reg. 2 (3)) For a boat -
(a) not exceeding 7 .5 metres
in length 25.00
(b) exceeding 7.5 metres in
length, but not exceeding
10.5 metres in length 31.00(c) exceeding 10 .5 metres in length but not exceeding 16.5 metres in length 46.00 (d) exceeding 16 .5 metres
