1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

(No. 5) 1993.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1993.

The Schedule amended

3. The Schedule to the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended —

(a) in item 1 (a) by deleting "25.00" and substituting the following — " 26.00 ";

(b) in item 1 (b) by deleting "31.00" and substituting the following —
