FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 1994.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

The Schedule amended

3.     The Schedule to the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended —

(a) in item 1 (a) by deleting "26.00" and substituting the following —
