FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS NO.4 1992

Made by ‘His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.       These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

No. 4 1992.

The Schedule amended

2.       The Schedule to the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended -

a	initem7-
i by deleting "3 550.00" and substituting the following -

1 900.00

ii	by deleting "2 500.00" and substituting the following -
" 3 100.00 "; and
iii	by deleting "1 150.00" and substituting the following -
" 1 300.00

b	initeml6-
1 by deleting "11 700.00" and substituting the following -

" 10 000.00 "; and

ii by deleting "640.00" and substituting the following -

400.00

and

By His Excellency’s Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

c by inserting after item 18 the following item -

18A. Pilbara Trap Limited Entry Fishery

reg. 3H -

a	Zone 1	470.00
b	Zone 2	190.00
c	supplementary access	40.00 ".
