FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 1994.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Fisheries Regulations 1938* are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Regulation 3H amended

3.     Regulation 3H (2) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"this regulation" and substituting the following —

4.     The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by deleting item 12;

(b) in item 16 (a), by deleting "14 400.00" and substituting the following —

" 17 470.00

(c)	in item 16 (b), by deleting "1 200.00" and substituting the following —
" 1 700.00

(d) in item 17 —

(i)      by deleting "Bremer Bay" and substituting the following —

(ii)     by deleting "transferable";

(e) in item 18A (a), by deleting "600" and substituting the	following —
