FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1995.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Fisheries Regulations 1938* are referred to as

the principal regulations.

3.     After regulation 12EH of the principal regulations the following

regulation is inserted -

West Coast Purse Seine Limlted Entry Fishery boat shall not 12EL (1) Despite anything in regulation 3AB, a person on a

(2) The bag limit appearing direct1 opposite an item in the
Table to this regulation 1s the prescribe ii bag limit for one day in respect of the species referred to in that item.
(3) In this regulation -

"net" means a lampara net or a purse seine net, as those

terms are defined in the notice;

?noticew means West Coast Purse Seine Limited Entry

Fishery Notice 1989 (published in the Gazette of 8 September 1989 at pp. 3181-84);

means a period of 24 hours commencing at
