FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

Commencement

2.    These regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 1991.

Regulation 3H amended

3.    Regulation 3H of the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended— (a) by repealing subsection (11) and substituting the following subsection-

" (11) The annual fee payable in respect of a boat authorized to operate in the Albany Purse Seine Limited Entry Fishery shall be as follows, for categories defined by the relevant notice under section 32-

(a) for a category "A" or "C" licence the fee shall be calculated by multiplying the number of tonnes of individual transferable quota au- thorized in respect of the boat by 4.50; and

(b) for a category "B" licence 2 100"; and

(b) by inserting after subregulation (15) the following subregulation-

" (16) The annual fee payable in respect of a boat authorized to operate in the Bremer Bay Purse Seine Limited Entry Fishery shall be calculated by multi- plying the number of tonnes of individual transfer- able quota authorized in respect of the boat by $4.50 ".
