1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Fisheries Amendment Regulations 2004 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations 2001.

4. Regulations 6, 7 and 8 and schedule 1
