The objective of these Regulations is to amend the

a (a) to amend the conditions of Abalone Fishery
n Access Licences; and

ti (b) to amend conditions of Fish Receivers'
la (Abalone) Licences; and
is (c) to amend the conditions of Eel Fishery
g Access Licences; and
e (d) to amend the entitlements and conditions of
L Giant Crab Fishery Access Licences; and

a (e) to amend the entitlements and conditions of
ri Rock Lobster Fishery Access Licences; and
to (f) to amend the conditions of Trawl (Inshore)

e These Regulations are made under section 153 of
m the Fisheries Act 1995.

a These Regulations come into operation on

d 4. Amendments to definitions

a (1) In regulation 105(2) of the Fisheries Regulations
n 1998 insert the following definition—

ti ' "landed" means the place where fish—
la (a) are taken ashore; or

(b) make contact with any man-made fixed
g structure, including a pier, jetty, or
e wharf; or
L (c) make contact with any artificial
n extension of land;'.

26. Method for measuring the size of bug

In regulation 502 of the Fisheries Regulations
