FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

1994.  

Schedule amended

2.     The Schedule to the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended by inserting

after item 18B the following item —

"

18C. Kimberley Prawn Limited Entry Fishery' (reg. 3H) —

(a) for a Class 1 licence 150.00

(3) for a Class 2 licence 25 000.00

(c) for a Class 3 licence 5 000.00
