Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

1993.  

Schedule amended

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

2.     The Schedule to the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended by inserting

after item 18A the following item —

18B. Shark Bay Beach Seine and Mesh Net Limited

(as defined in the Shark Bay Beach Seine and	Entry Fishery (reg. 3H) per fishing unit
Mesh Net Limited Entry Fishery Notice 1992, published in the Gazette of 4 17
December 1992) 350
