FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulations

19. 92

Regulation 4A amended

2.      Regulation 4A of the Fisheries Regulations 1938* is amended —

(a) by deleting "An application" and substituting the following —

(1) Subject to subregulation (2), an application

and

(b) by inserting the following subregulation —

(2) Where an application for the approval of a temporary replacement fishing boat is made, the Director may permit the applicant to replace the subject boat with a replacement boat, without payment of an application fee, for a period not

exceeding 28 days.
