s1 2 s3 Fisheries Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2002 No. 376, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Fisheries Regulation 1995. 3 Amendment of s 105 (Prescribed authorities—Act, s 70C) Section 105— insert — ‘(d) authority issued under section 40(1); (e) effort unit issued under the Fisheries (East Coast Trawl) Management Plan 1999 , chapter 3, part 6; 1 (f) ITQ unit issued under the Fisheries (Spanner Crab) Management Plan 1999 , section 23 and part 10, division 1. 2 ’.
